Our Story.

The spark of our company began on a brisk November day in the Yosemite Valley, where the idea of building a customer focused, solutions based packaging company was first conceived. Primary packaging would be our focus and we would assemble a world class team to super serve our customers packaging and equipment needs.

Including Yosemite in our name means our near and long term goals would be to find and introduce Earth friendly packaging materials that would provide comparable performance characteristics to the many plastic/polymer based mainstays used in our industry today. Like everything we do at YP, we will go “Over and Above” to make this a reality.

Our Team.

Led by packaging industry veteran Randy Scott, Yosemite Packaging’s highly focused team of industry professionals thrive on providing innovative packaging solutions to our customers. Randy’s knowledge and leadership in identifying/developing new and innovative primary packaging applications attracts the brightest minds in our industry to work with YP. Our passion comes through in our work and our dedication to getting the job done right. Our relentless focus on improvement and quality drive our daily business.

Who We Support.

Giving back and being actively involved with our community is a core belief of our YP Team. We actively support non-profit agencies who advocate for Foster Children and At Risk Youth by donations of our time and financial resources. YP also supports the Yosemite Conservancy, working to increase the funds available to properly care for Yosemite National Resources.
